The Bible says that our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. Unfortunately, when we get stressed, many of us use unhealthy coping mechanisms to temporarily comfort us. The coping mechanisms bring negative results to our bodies. We will look at ways to not fall into our coping traps and apply healthy alternatives of exercise, eating, rest, and recovery to reduce stress. All content used with permission. CCLI license 1077749
